India s leading digital integrated realty startup, Square Yards, has raised roughly Rs. 185 crore or $25 million from ADM Capital, a leading worldwide investment manager with $2.4 billion of assets under management in Asia Pacific and Europe. This is the first tranche of growth financing for Square Yards which is looking at raising more than $100 million as part of its ongoing fundraising exercise. The capital will be deployed for scaling up expansion while also making newer investments in multiple verticals across the whole value chain.
